Maple Leaf launches duck sausages

You can be forgiven if you’re confused by news that Maple Leaf Farms is launching two new duck sausages for the restaurant trade.

Maple Leaf Farms is not Maple Leaf Foods.

It is, instead, a duck-specialty business in northern Indiana.

It unveiled its new products this week, designed to capture a slice of the breakfast market.
