Five days have been set aside to hear an appeal Alberta sheep dealers have filed against paying marketing fees to the Ontario Sheep Farmers marketing board.
Roger Alberts and Matt Lynch argue they have already paid fees in Alberta and the fees charged in Ontario are not fair.
The Canadian Sheep Farmers national agency is a participant ion the public hearings scheduled for June 17 to 21.
The hearing is open to the public and will be live streamed from the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal.
