Scott Graham has been elected chairman of the Egg Farmers of Ontario marketing
board.
He moved up from vice-chairman in recent elections, taking
over from Carolynn Griffiths who did not seek re-election as a zone director
this year.
Roger Pelissero, brother of the board’s chief executive
officer Harry Pelissero, is the new vice-chairman and also the Ontario
representative on the national agency, Egg Farmers of Canada.
I wonder how often Roger will, or should, declare a conflict of interest during egg board meetings.
I guess the election shows how the new board will treat an offer from the lawyer for Svante Lind to drop the lawsuit against the egg board if the board gets rid of Harry because he's at the nub of the lawsuit allegations of a conspiracy among Joe Hudson of Burnbrae, Bill Gray of L.H. Gray and Sons Ltd. and the egg board.
