Sylvite to buy Thomson’s agronomy division

Sylvite of Burlington is going to buy the agronomy division of Thomson’s.

Anderson Grain announced the deal when it released its financial reports this week.

No terms of the deal were revealed, nor exactly what Sylvite is buying.
