Highline Mushrooms buys another grower

Highline Mushrooms of Leamington, already Canada’s largest, is buying Prairie Mushrooms which has five farms in Alberta and British Columbia.

Highline has 14 farms employing about 1,600 workers.

No financial terms of the deal were released.
