Highline Produce
Ltd. of Leamington is buying All Seasons Mushrooms which has three facilities
in British Columbia and one in Alberta.
Highline is
Canada’s largest mushroom grower with five facilities producing about 26.3
million kilograms per year.
All Seasons
produces about 8.6 million kilograms per year.
No terms of the
deal have been disclosed.
Highline says
all nine locations will continue to operate as usual with approximately 1,400
employees across Canada.
