Ontario Agriculture Minister Jeff Leal made the appointment
to a two-year term.
Clark has been an active agriculture politician for decades,
starting in the beef industry where he helped launch the Ontario corn-fed beef
program and including terms as advisor to provincial agriculture ministers.
