Strub’s pickle plant for Wallaceburg

Strub’s pickles is opening a plant at Wallaceburg, adding 100 jobs before next year’s harvest.

The company is owned by Whyte’s Foods of Quebec which is investing $16.5 million.

The plant will produce pickles, peppers and relish.
