Manitoba had another case in the Southeastern part of the province late last month. It was a finisher barn and the first outbreak this year following 17 last year.
Ontario’s count is at 124 since the virus arrived in the province in January of 2014. There have been seven cases so far this year.
Ontario posts the type of hog operation and the county or region when there’s an outbreak, Manitoba gives a general idea of the area of the province but Alberta provides no details.
