Eric Salonen, business manager for Gowan’s Feed, has filed an appeal with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Tribunal.
His appeal is against the Ontario Broiler Hatching Egg and Chick Commission.
The notice of appeal does not say precisely what he is appealing.
The tribunal has set aside Friday, March 23, and Monday, March 25, for a public hearing at its offices at the OMAFRA head office at One Stone Road, Guelph.
