Kraft Foods is now making Mac & Cheese without dairy ingredients.
Instead it uses fava bean protein and coconut oil to produce NotMac&Cheese which will soon be in stores across the United States.
It is a joint venture with Not Co of Chicago which has helped Kraft introduce vegan “cheese slices” and mayonnaise.
Mac & Cheese has been on the market for 85 years.
