Contrary to information the provincial government has posted
on its Public Appointments Secretariat website, Kirk Walstedt is still chairman
of the Ontario Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeals Tribunal.
The website says his term expired at the end of May, but a
spokesman for OMAFRA e-mailed that he has been re-appointed chairman for
another three years.
Walstedt is a lawyer from Maidstone in Essex Count.y.
