Anthony Longo of Hamilton has been fined a total of $2,500
for defying provincial meat inspection regulations barring him from smoking
meat.
He surrendered his meat-smoking licence in 2012 and agreed
to stop smoking meat.
However, inspectors discovered him smoking meat on March 21
at his Farmer Al’s Food Inc. premises at 2070 Rymal Road, Hamilton.
