A barn door being lifted by a front-end loader fell and
killed a 16-year-old boy in Woolwich Township, north-east of
Kitchener-Waterloo.
Police were called to 1220 Halm Rd. in West Montrose on
Saturday morning to respond to a workplace accident.
The Ministry of Labour has ordered that the barn door be
secured with a chain and that the scene remain undisturbed.
A ministry official said can take up to a year to
investigate incidents such as this.
