Canarm Ltd. of Brockfille has bought Faromor Ltd. of Shakespeare.
Canarm said the deal provides it with “a huge strategic competitive advantage.”
Faromor manufactures natural ventilation systems and now Canarm will combine ”the best of both” agricultural ventilation systems, it said.
“Not only will we be able to offer more comprehensive and complete ventilation packages, but our newly-combined dedicated group of industry experts will now be able to anticipate, develop and supply advanced ventilation solutions for livestock producers in all agricultural sectors.,” Canarm said.
