Aldi Inc. and Tyson Foods have reached a settlement agreement to resolve the grocery store chain's claims against the food processor in the ongoing broiler chicken antitrust litigation, according to documents filed Monday in U.S. District Court in northern Illinois.
Tyson will continue to cooperate in the criminal investigation into the plaintiff's claims, including accusations of bid-rigging involving sales from 2012 to 2019, the court order said.
The court dismissed Aldi's claims against Tyson with prejudice.
