Two farms in Huron County will be hosting visitors with breakfast on their farms on June 17, a return of Farm and Food Care Ontario’s popular program that was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches will be served at Grazing Meadows Wagyu Farm near Brussels and also at the Hallahan Dairy in Blyth,
Alicia Becker, community engagement manager for Farm and Food Care Ontario said this marks a full return of the program.
Last year Breakfast from the Farm events were held by agriculture societies at Paris, Grand River Raceway at Elora and the agriculture museum at Milton.
