The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a nation-wide
recall after the United States Food and Drug Administration issued its recall.
The company says the contamination came from its powdered
milk supplier.
While the CFIA has named only two products, the Food and
Drug Administration’s list is Southeastern Mills® Biscuit Gravy
Mix, Southeastern Mills® Country Biscuit Mix, Southeastern
Mills® Buttermilk Drop Biscuit Mix, Southeastern Mills® Easy Drop
Cheddar Garlic Drop Biscuit Mix, Shore Lunch® Original Breading and Shore
Lunch® Cajun Style Breading.
The CFIA named two Shore Lunch
fish-breading/batter mix products, one Cajun Style, the other Original Recipe.
