Potpie plant expands at Port Perry

Maple Leaf Foods is investing about $10 million to expand production of potpies at its facility at Port Perry.

Employment will increase from 50 to 90 people.

Maple Leaf got the former Mother Jackson’s Open Kitchens business when it bought Schneider Corp.
