Syngenta heads merger

Syngenta Group will be emerging soon as the name for a consolidation of ChemChina, Sinochem, Adama and Syngenta.

ChemChina bought Syngenta in 2016 for $43 billion US.

Sinochem, ChemChina and Adama are owned by the Chinese government.

Syngenta Group will have its head office in Basel, Switzerland, and will be listed on stock markets.
