Chicken production to increase again

A week after revising production goals upward for this summer, the Chicken Farmers of Canada national supply management agency has set fall production at 6.5 per cent above base.

For Ontario the increase will be 6.98 per cent.

The agency said it expects demand to continue increasing as COVID-19 restrictions are eased.
