Government queried about competition on grain terminals

Somebody is asking the federal agriculture department for documents about its concerns, if any, about ownership of grain export terminals in Brithsh Columbia and Churchill, Manitoba.

Access to Information requests have been filed for Richardson International’s purchase of Cascadia Terminal, Glencore’s purchase of the Viterra terminals in B.C., Global Grain Group’s purchase of Canadian Wheat Board assets and particularly those in British Columbia and documents the department has about competition at Churchill.
