Cardinal Meat Specialists of Brampton has announced expansion plans for its plant at Brampton.
The family-owned company said there is increasing demand for its sous vide products and that’s why 33,000 square feet will be added to its plant which is now 122,000 square feet.
Cardinal officials said the company is seeing increasing demand for its Safe Sous Vide line of fully cooked products, and building in advance will enable the company to respond quickly to future customer needs.
