The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has confirmed that it detected tuberculosis in one herd during June.
That might be the same animal that U.S. packing-plant inspectors reported detecting with TB.
The CFIA report said it detected equine infectious anemia at one property and chronic wasting disease in two herds.
