Twelve striking union members have been charged with violating a court order which limited their right to delay traffic in and out of Windsor Salt by only 15 minutes.
The charges relate to April 11 when NDP leader Jasmeet Singh visited the site at the Ojibway mine.
The 240 members of the Unifor union have been on strike since Feb. 17.
