Two dairy cooperatives, Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) and Select Milk Producers, have
agreed to a $34.4 million settlement in a lawsuit that accused them of
conspiring to raise milk prices.
While the settlement does not necessarily admit wrongdoing,
it resolves the legal dispute.
