Sunova Implement Ltd. of Lakeside has lost its challenge that the chairman of the appeals tribunal is biased.
It provided no evidence for its claim during a hearing held by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal.
The tribunal ordered Sunova to pay $4,368.02 to cover court costs incurred by CLAAS of America Inc. in this challenge.
The hearing for Sunova’s appeal against CLAAS is now scheduled for Jan. 14.
