Dry spring forecast

This spring will be drier than normal, says Chris Scott, chief meteorologist for the Weather Network.

He also says March weather will yo-yo from unusual warmth to unusual cold, but on average will be warmer than usual.

That's pretty much what we've had so far this winter, including last week, this week and what's forecast for next week.

The Prairies are also in for a dry start which could be problematic for this year’s crop.
