Glenn Black's amended appeal has been rejected as "vexatious and not made in good faith" by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal.
Black lost an earlier attempt on basically the same grounds - that his appeal was too sweeping in nature and many of the issues he raised are beyond the jurisdiction of the tribunal.
The tribunal has once again said that Black should stick to a single Chicken Farmers of Ontario marketing board regulation, the one that limits non-quota holders to raising no more than 300 chickens per year.
Black, who is also president of Small Flock Poultry Farmers of Canada, wants that limit increased to 2,000 birds per year.
It's not yet clear whether that ends the matter, or if Black can amend his appeal.
