Montano Nives of Vaughan and Moccio Santina of Ancaster have
been chosen for two-year terms on the Animal Care Review Board.
It oversees the Ontario Humane Society.
Neither appears to know much about farming.
Nives is an assistant in a law firm and recently competed a
term on the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Santina is a law assistant who has served on a number of
public boards, including the Hamilton Police Chief’s Advisory Committee and the
Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority.
