The association represents 733 rural fairs and exhibitions run byk 743 non-profit organizations of volunteers who organize the seasonal events.
“We have reached out to various departments about our concerns, but we have yet to see any progress,” said CAFÉ president Amanda Frigon.
“The process has been frustrating,” she said.
