The recall of organic sesame seeds has been expanded to include ones from Elan Brand products from Tootsi Impex Inc.
The issue is salmonella food-poisoning bacteria.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency reports that the recalled product has been sold in Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Quebec.
The CFIA has no reports of consumers falling ill.
