ABS Global Inc. and Inguran LLC, better known as Sexing
Technologies, are suing each other over semen-sexing technology.
ABS accuses Sexing Technologies of acquiring and
maintaining “a monopoly in processing sexed bovine semen through anti-competitive
and exclusionary conduct."
Sexing Technologies has filed its own lawsuit, claiming
ABSE fraudulently lured it into signing a two-year semen-sorting agreement.
ABS strongly disputes that claim and has applied
to dismiss the suit and wants the court to transfer the entire matter to
Wisconsin where it filed its lawsuit against Sexing Technologies.
The Sexing Technologies lawsuit was filed in
Houston, Texas.
