A $41-million project has been approved to offer broadband internet connection to about 12,700 homes and businesses in Simcoe County.
It’s part of a shared $126-million federal-provincial program delivered through Southwestern Integrated Fibre Technology which is a non-profit organization.
This project will serve the communities of Penville, Rich Hill, Connor, Hockley Valley and Rosemont.
