The tribunal says that John Skotidakis; 1048547 Ontario Inc. (Skotidakis Goat Farm) has filed an appeal and that a motion hearing, which is closed to the public, will be held May 10.
Dairy Farmers of Ontario has had a running feud with Skotidakis.
