Easing rules for Francophone farm organization

 

The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs is proposing to reduce the administrative burden for the Francophone farm organization to receive funding via the Farm Registration and Farm Organizations Funding Act.

In an on-line posting, OMAFRA said it “anticipates that the proposed amendments will result in improved clarity and reduced administrative burden for the eligible francophone organization under the FRFOFA. There are no anticipated compliance costs to the francophone organization or any farm businesses.”
