Sunova Equipment Ltd. of Lakeside has been ordered to produce a host of documents if it wants to pursue an appeal it filed with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal.
Sunova is appealing the decision of CLAAS America Inc. to terminate its agreement to be a CLAAS dealership.
Much of what CLAAS wants to have are documents Sunova provided to its expert witness, Jim Hoare.
The dealership was cancelled May 1, 2021.
