Bayer indicated it still believes the courts made a mistake and that Roundup is safe to use as directed. It is already seeking an appeal to the United States Supreme Court on another similar court decision.
It has offered settlements in class-action lawsuits, but the court refused to accept an otfer which was to include all future claims.
