Jennifer MacDonand, an agronomist at the Huron Bay Co-Operative where she focuses on procurement, field diagnostics, and sales, has been appointed to a three-year term on the Grain Financial Protection Board.
She has been a certified crop advisor since 2000.
The board handles claims when farmers fail to get paid for grain they deliver to market.
