Nine rabies cases in Ontario

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recorded nine cases of rabies in Ontario during October.

Four were in skunks, four in bats and one in a raccoon.

That brings Ontario’s total for the year thus far to 41 which is by far the most for any province. Manitoba has had 13 and Quebec 11.
