About 185 union members who work at the Agropur dairy processing plant at Beauce, Que., are on strike.
The Teamsters Union accused management of not being willing to negotiate and said the workers there are paid less than workers at other Agropur plants in Quebec.
The plant at Beauce produces butter and cuts cheese.
