Bothwell Cheese, a plant Gay Lea owns in New Bothwell, Man., has been hit by fire.
The fire damage is confined to a section of the cheese production facility, said Mike Langdon, Gay Lea’s vice president of corporate and co-operative affairs.
The cause is under investigation.
The plant is closed.
