Missouri peach farmer sues Monsanto

Bader Farms, a peach-growing business in Missouri, is suing Monsanto for two years of damage to its trees.

Its lawyer says compensation could be in the millions.

Bader Farms says tree damage coincided with the release of Monsanto corn varieties that resist dicamba herbicide.

It says farmers sprayed forms of dicamba that are prone to drift.

Monsanto says the lawsuit is an attempt to shift blame from the farmers who sprayed dicamba to Monsanto.

So?

Who would you sue - some neighbouring farmers or Moneybags Monsanto?
