Directors re-elected to two-year
terms were Les Nichols of the Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association and
Christine Schoonderwoerd of Wallenstein Feed & Supply Ltd.
Two returning directors were
acclaimed - Brian Gilroy of the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association
and Jim Gowland of Ontario Bean Growers.
The other board members are Bruce
Christie of Nutreco Canada, Sandi Brock of the Ontario Sheep Marketing Agency,
Heather Copland of Grober Nutrition Inc., Joe Hickson of the Ontario Seed
Growers’ Association, Dave McEachren of Grain Farmers of Ontario and John
Maaskant of Chicken Farmers of Ontario.
The directors who retired are Gerald
Rollins of Beef Farmers of Ontario and Peter Van Sleeuwen of Dairy Farmers of
Ontario.
The executive will be elected by
board directors on April 21.
