Bonduelle Americas, now named Nortera, has made a deal to buy the Green Giant and Le Sieur brands in Canada from New Jersey-based B&G Foods.
No financial terms of the deal with Quebec-based Nortera were revealed.
Nortera, which buys from about 400 Canadian farmers, has been doing the packing of the two brands for about 30 years.
