PED hits Oxford County farm

Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea virus has hit a farrow-to-finish hog operation in Oxford County.

It’s the first outbreak in Ontario since November.

It brings the total number of outbreaks in the province to 106 since the disease first showed up here in January, 2014.
