The
Ontario government has boosted the loan guarantee limit from $32.5
million to $65 million for the beef-farming industry.
Under
the program, beef producers can take out loans that carry a
government guarantee.
Ontario
Agriculture Minister Jeff Leal made the announcement during a
barbecue at Queen’s Park organized by Beef Farmers of Ontario.
