Access blocked

I have always been able to access Canadian Food Inspection Agency postings about its enforcement actions, such as cancellations of licences.

Not now.

I can see that there is an online posting for the licences today, but when I click on it, I am informed that my server is not authorized to see this information.

Yet it's clear the CFIA has cancelled the licence of Riding-Regency and St. Ann's meat-packing businesses in Toronto.

So what's going on here? New secrecy? Or just picking and choosing the reporters who can see this info.?
