The workers for Canco tomato processing plant at Highbury in Essex County have voted to accept an offer that ends a 23-day strike.
It is a four-year deal.
Before the deal was reached, all 405 workers voted in favour of striking to get what they wanted which is mainly higher wages.
Details of the settlement have not yet been released.
