A Cargill employee has been fined $7,500 by an Alberta court
dealing with the issue of water-sample tampering.
The company was fined $40,000 earlier this year for the same
offences in February and March, 2012.
Pushp Pal Singh tampered with three samples of wastewater
from the High River beef-packing plant before they were sent to an independent
lab for analysis for compliance with Alberta government standards.
